With the end of Feb and March looking like the dates to perform the against the organization, how is everyone feeling about the communication so far from their leads?

My boss was pulled into urgent matters over and over the other day, having to leave other urgent projects to the side. I'm sure some of it has to do with more requests to cut (i.e., to cut further and such). I can tell you for certain that as of a week ago, they seemed ill-prepared to announce or discuss what our new structure will be, leading me to believe there will be bombshells galore in a few weeks. His boss seems the type to want to curry favor with his boss re: how aggressively they can cut. Like other people, I have gotten desensitized to the whole thing.
Sad but true
meh… I’m numb to it. The pending threat of layoffs are so prevalent over the years that I’m numb to it all. It gets old. Don’t get me wrong, I have bills like anyone else and need a paycheck like anyone else. It’s just so old now as its constantly being brought up at work.
I can’t remember one week at work where someone hasn’t mentioned Citi laying off people at least once. Its a culture of fear to “make you step in line” I guess. As I said, it gets old.

This is to last until 2026. Who says there’s two more rounds to go? 2 more rounds this quarter maybe.
Communication? There has been zero sent within markets, other than noticing people are no longer on the system.
I don’t care to let it bother me anymore. Roll with the tide.
