Since I know, for a fact, that the branch knows which group of people (FC’s, FCP’s etc.) answered which questions negatively, I never answer them truthfully. Don’t want it to affect my bonus.
Schwab glint surveys are about as believable as China and Russia bots on YouTube.
They literally throw out the bottom 30% of certain questions I can tell you this for fact
