Just saw on local news that the Chevron HQ 92 Acre Campus has been rezoned from office to residential units. The demolition and buildout of the Campus is expected to take about 15 Years. Sniff Sniff I’ll miss you old Chev Park. Just like the old Credit Card Center in Concord, our footprint is almost gone!

So did you note in that article it was not put up for public sale, just a negotiation between MW and the developer. Feels shady given the relatively small amount we got for it
Seems like just the other day the HQ crew was moving from downtown SF and building A was renovated with bo-b-proof windows, Italian marble dining room, executive elevator, etc.
