HR exists to protect the company, not to protect the employees.

$92 and falling.
Vale will fix the ills of 3M. He should have never been railroaded out the door. Bogus. Bogus. Bogus.
Did he mean getting MV back?
BREAK IT UP
3M is unfortunately becoming a shadow of a great company. They need a new CEO. M.R. seems like a nice guy, but this job isn't for him.
Wallstreet analyst and Fund investment advisors do not trust Mike Roman and Monish Patawola, not there statements or actions. Pretty evident both insiders and outsiders have no faith in 3M's leadership. One thing you can bet M and M are sticking fingers in ears saying I don't give a sh-t about what the employees or shareholders think. Bold will inevitably fail like all those two's empty schemes. You can bet that M and M will find a way to enrich themselves this is why they are building cash.
There seems to be a theme - when MR opens his mouth bad things happen regardless of the audience, whether it’s in earnings calls or town halls. He inherited real bag of sh**, but he’s always been way in over his head and it’s well beyond time to go. Destruction of shareholder value, destruction of employee morale, bad executive hires, failed major initiatives . . . Please find the exit door now.
Yes situation deteriorated since vale departure
Gain forward could mean work now and be rewarded later if you are still in?
M R made McNerney’s era a golden period of 3M
Mikey saved his best for his last year in office!
Mikeisms anyone ???
"Win forward" now takes the top spot for the most nonsensical phrase ever.
Know I understand why HR and the “Ethics” team ignore the complaints they receive. Leadership no longer cares about the employees. The workplace harassment and abuse will continue. The toxic culture will get worse until there is legal action to stop 3M from allowing workplace abuse, workplace harassment and other activities not allowed by law.
Our next clown hall will be winning forward!
Mike is basking in the glow of his most excellent comments where he told employees that he didn't need to win them back. Is it arrogance, stupidty or ego? 😕 🤔 😕 Serious question.
