De-listing CSCO on NYSE

Cisco is no longer a company operating continental United States. U.S government should look into delisting CSCO from NYSE.

...needs to check on CSCO compliance.

Compliance with "operating continental United States?" We covered that already.

Since you brought up the SEC, show the exact rules and laws with which Cisco is not complaint and show what penalties are formally defined for those cases. Provide citations.

SEC is pure government oversees every company listed under NYSE and NASDAQ. CSCO lays off people from continental United States and delegates same work to Bangalore and MX. SEC needs to check on CSCO compliance.

Cisco has never "operating continental United States." The NYSE is not a government agency. Cisco is traded on NASDAQ. NASDAQ is also not a government agency. Like Cisco, NASDAQ is an international company that operates in many countries.

Cisco needs much larger layoffs.
