Prior to COVID I believed that during an industry downturn we would keep going with investment through the cycle. What I saw was we did exactly what everyone else did. Seems if during a downturn there is no upside to being here that when things are booming we should have some upside. What do you think? Time for employee bonuses on top of salary? I am not talking RSUs I want an annual cash in hand bonus.
