C15, shockingly laid off, zero performance issues, good rating, no update from HR yet and no bonus slip in workday. Has anyone laid off got an update from HR? is citi paying bonus to folks laid off? if yes, when?

Way to miss the point. Saying “shockingly laid off” implies they think they are better than others let go. It’s delusional.
Post ID: @2sdn+1qNUvJF7 What you wrote is Not true. There have been Firings due to performance problems disguised as "Layoffs" because the MDs liked the Fired Employees on a personal level and wanted them to be able to collect WARN money, even though the MDs did not approve of their work.
“Shockingly laid off”? I mean they’ve been laying off folks since last year, they specifically said these rounds target those thru C15. Targeting roles due to restructuring not performance or ratings. So saying your specific layoff is “shocking” compared to others… no one deserved it more or less than you. It’s not personal.

You get WARN for 60or 90 days, depending on your state, then you get Severence. Bonus you should get since you’ll be employed by Citi still when the bonus is paid out.
Post ID: @OP+1qNUvJF7 If you've gotten No response from the Braindead useless Citi HR and/or did Not get your bonus, WARN money, severance, health benefits info, etc. after 21 days, get an Employment Lawyer. I would get an EL anyway before I sign anything once Citi decides to Lay me off.
when does severance get paid out for laid off employees? is it after the warn notice period for NY is complete?

I was laid off last year no mention of a bonus, but the next day when I looked online it shows I got the same bonus I got the year before. But I was able to look on the citi website because they didn’t delete my credentials until the next day.
