ADAS needs to fix the false signal issues. Cant be slamming on the brakes randomly. The po-po will blame the drivers.

I doubt this is true. Safety features are a significant part of Ford's product offerings for future mobility products and it would make no sense to reduce resources here. Legacy products and systems are where we need to reduce or redeploy resources.

All of PD subject to this made up metric. Orgs. largely passed by in '22 will be hit this time, no department is sacred. Remember Farleys words..."25% more engineering costs than competitor's", "fundamental change needed", "LCC" all aimed at PD. Model e will be told to look for new jobs on hronline or face SIRP if they don't leave through voluntarily. Many will go from there also.

Yes, ADAS is going to be a huge target this time. It’s been another one of Farley’s pipe dreams. The demand for those features just isn’t what they thought it would be.

You need to expect a layoff… the Big One. Farley is preparing it for you 👈🫶

You will first be transferred from ADAS to BOHICA.

If you think you won’t be affected, you are too naive.
