One thing is VERY Clear, this GM Layoff board is populated by primarily GM (Generous Motors) HR and other paid reps. Just read the comments for various posts… they obviously come from management.

Keeping the staff/workers at bay by downvoting and fighting any discontent. “The Punishment will continue until morale improves”.

Good job GM management utilizing U.S. Taxpayers $$$$ to SILENCE Engineers & workers voices.

This is different from the un-patrolled Ford & Stellantis boards, GMs layoff board has clear signs of paid GM staff intervention.

Forget about the sharpies. I’ll settle for clean workstations, paper towels and soap in the restrooms.
Upper management has NO CLASS.
I’m getting almost nothing done T-TH in the zoo we call the Cole.
They are going to have a rude awakening with lost productivity. Problem is, rather than acknowledge that they created a disaster, they will just lash out and punish us. Like I said, no class.
Angry, frustrated, scared and humiliated employees are not good workers.

General Motors Su-ks, they can monitor that ! - Who cares - everyone is outsourcing HR and will be first jobs replaced by AI.

I doubt that, but who cares if they do. They can’t do much here. They can’t stop people from posting. They can’t change the narrative as shill posts would be easy to spot. Same goes with downvotes- too much downvotes on a post just makes it more visible than no votes on it.
