So Avaya insiders, what happened to the people that used to support IP Office? Now our cases go to a team in India. The team members in India can barely speak or understand English. Nothing is being resolved and not one person at Avaya that we escalate to can make anything happen. I'm assuming Avaya is just giving up on IPO CPE? We don't sell Avaya cloud since nobody wants it and we have our own ring central product that competes with Avaya's cloud services.

Aside from some internal folks most of the support (for NAR) was done by an outsourcer called Innovatia. They had been doing it for 5-10 years before it got moved to Avaya India
