According to the earnings call, the future is very bright for Crown. No changes planned and employees just want to get back to work.

They tell us it is spring rain but it is brown and smells like *^%#! We continue to get the short end of the stick. Do they really think we believe anything they tell us at this point?
Bonuses were only funded at 65% so were all getting sh-t bonuses while they tell Wallstreet it's all sunshine and rainbows. After what they put us through this year they should be paying us some sort of retention bonus on top of a normal bonus.
Cool let’s see if they prove it never happened by making us want to stay with our bonuses… or did those already get spent on “advisors”?

Elliott is not celebrated for intentions, they are celebrated for results.
There are several B3 era leaders that are no longer here because they tried being real. The EMT did not listen. The Board did not listen. Elliott made them listen. Of course they are motivated by profit. Who cares?
If Tony wants to fast track a recovery, unwind a few other bad decisions. Bring back an Area structure. Bring back the B3s. Embrace flexible work.

I’m glad ALL the employees that the new EMT leadership spoke to are happy. I would suggest an anonymous survey to obtain truthful thoughts and feelings. There is no trust and security now.
The questions that are currently being asked on the company conversation page will tell you EXACTLY how “happy” employees are about our wonderful management and EMT
