So it seems the big goal for 2024 is to reduce expenses. My suggestion would be to offer a volunteer layoff with a decent severance. Guaranteed you'll have people lining up & AIG can save face from having to do it themselves! Of course it will never happen but if it did, I'd be first on the list ;)

For the reasons you said...all will leave.
They want you to quit and thus, no severance. This is how these cats keep the money for the stockholders.
