Is health insurance included with severance?

There’s a cobra opportunity for a year after your severance ends. Could be less expensive than other options, but I only had Dental and Vision from Nielsen, had a different source for major health care.
I was laid off 1/11/23, I am now paying a small price for dental and vision, ends 7/24

yeah you’ll get health insurance until severance ends (at least for US employees).
