Stop feeding trolls and they’ll just shrink and disappear. Ignore. Skip. Downvote to oblivion. Mods will nuke most of it eventually.
Also, be smart when posting - avoid too much f-words and personal insults in your posts or signatures, as it might get deleted for ToS violation. When criticizing c-suits bash their work not their looks.
Don’t name people who aren’t c-suits, (coworkers, mngrs). It’s not allowed therefore gets deleted every single time, and you might get banned for it.
Deep Thinker, this is about posters who RUIN the threads. The ridiculous nicknames, the childish humor, the insults and vulgarity.
I have posted many facts on here about Uprr in the last few years. Am not in management.
@OP-If you think we’re bad you should see the managers running the place. They are the biggest clowns there is. They learned that at University of Phoenix online.
You’re 100% correct, its the same people ruining these threads that ruin UP as an employer. Its the managers talking about bulldozers, hot links, potty rooms, pro wrestler impressions, etc. UP managers are a specific combination of iq’s beneath 75, narcissistic selfishness, pathological dishonesty, a strong intense instinct to fit in and feel accepted by their crooked supervisors, and good old fashion vulgar “bu----y” as a form of exerting dominance.
