Feeling stress as a PL over 16 people. Is that how many we will be forever expected to lead? I too wrote reviews for two teams and it was exhausting. CSS keeps making changes and NONE help PLs

ever notice how there is never talk of entrepreneurialism at the company although it is one of the bedrocks of our nation and economy? Perhaps people are not meant to sit and stress over all this job culture while navigating the politics and constrained by all the arbitrary rules, shop at the company healthcare store, and alike
LOL most PLs in my org are managing over 10 FTEs
Not true. Another PL here with 14 FTE no contractors.
I dont know how you have 16, unless you are adding contractors. The re-org from last year should have put you at 10.
