The fact that we have to guess and speculate about what's coming says a lot about this leadership. It shows a complete lack of respect for the employees as well as disregard for company morale. They simply don't care about what we're going through right now. They're the ones who should be let go, not us.

India, Mexico, and Poland hubs already exist and are increasing in capacity. I anticipate a loss of approximately 10% each quarter in 2024. I don't have detailed insights, but it's a reasonable forecast.
What was severance like last time?
The Townhall was very vague with dates but I think everyone got the message; “we are moving all the work to India, Poland and Mexico”.

It's going to take time. They are telling you know to encourage natural attrition. If you elect to leave, they don't need to pay your severance. Simple math. It's way cheaper for them this way. They don't care about anybody's feelings or anxiety. You are just a number. All of you. I was let go in September and was devastated. Luckily I had a lot of severance.
Seeing all of this now....looks like they may have just done me a favor.
Stay if you're getting severance. Find a new job asap if you aren't.
I assumed it's today and took off.
I’m confused, are layoffs today or do we have to wait motnhs for India centers to be built!
Leadershit don't respect you it wants people to quit to make it cheaper.
I agree with all you said. Just 3 months ago, we survived a 4-month period of anxiety and uncertainty. It was difficult to engage sometimes, take initiative, and find an answer to the questions inside my head: why should I? What's next?
Here we go again. He is not the CEO type, reading the script as fast as possible like a cheap text reader robot, saying "All of you may be fried" and chicken out! What is left of morale here? Now, just months of speculation until the day comes to see if my role transfers to a cheaper market or not.
