I would confidently say that this industry WILL NOT BE GETTING better. It can only go down. Hence the reason that they're trying to sell ANYTHING. Boxes is the latest.

the world is more digitalized everyday. we dont need pen and paper to watch company training videos and we sign them electronically. office supplies will be a novelty item in another decade.....like vhs, record albums and cassette tapes (they dont even put cd players in cars anymore but there is a plug for a thumb drive! )
