Everything I've read about it so far is people wild-guessing and speculating. There's been no official word on more layoffs. I'm not claiming we won't have more layoffs, but I think that scaring people for no good reason is counterproductive. Let's start worrying about more layoffs when there's an actual reason for it.

Moving to the cloud is done, so all those people aren't needed anymore right?
The layoff is Sabre's go to plan.
Becaus Sabre.
'In Cappelli’s view, the current wave of layoffs is not because of the economy, but rather because companies are feeling pressure from investors to cut costs. The cuts make investors feel like the company is being proactive, but that’s all the layoffs accomplish, Cappelli said, adding, “These layoffs won’t do any good.”'

Generally, layoffs are good for stock prices as companies focus on profit and derisking.
Read some news. Even the most profitable companies, with stock prices at all-time highs, are laying off people. Some layoffs seem like 'we can lay off some people because others are doing layoffs'.
Go buy ya 1000 shares If you’re no buying the scaremongering nonsense.
When in the past there was a warning about layoffs except the ones announced last May? These were announced as there were many people affected in all locations. Since then ,there are layoffs but not announced or had a warning.
Predicting a Sabre layoff is like saying the sun will rise in the morning. It also just makes sense - as the cloud migrating nears an end a lot of work goes away and Sabre must show the savings of that initiative.
I think most of the people who post scaremongering nonsense here are ex Sabre employees.
For the last 20 years when there’s been smoke it’s come to pass.
