This is what phony top down leadership looks like. Next time one of those fancy consultant rolls up to ask a question, ignore them. Better yet tell them to get lost. Board should have put a stop to this waste and none-sensical spending a long time ago. Most 3M'rs likely to busy to even answer with all the free loaders at the top being carried.
