Two key leaders of initiatives we were all told were going to drive 2024 were let go from our team. None of us have a flipping clue where we are headed or if we will be the next ones to get the dreaded invite to tell us we are out due to a change in strategy.
A colleague on another team who has been around awhile advise me to use flex and sick days now, because they aren’t paid out if I’m laid off. Maybe we e should have a mass sick out for 1-2 days.
