Are there areas where road crews do have a work rest cycle for conductors? All of KC is now 11/4 for engineers.

So, in KC, since implementation have they eliminated the ENG XB and if so what happened to those jobs? Did they flow to the new 11/4 work groups or did the low seniority get cut back to the ground? (Holiday cuts not withstanding) Bottom line is I'm looking to find out if 11/4 appears to be adding, cutting, or is the amount of marked up ENG the same as pre 11/4?
What shenanigans are you seeing if any?
thanks
SMART-TD and UP are currently in negotiations for scheduled days off.
They're needing to mark up their engineers here in kc.... south end couldn't move for hours due to no engineers on west end.
No the carrier is slow rolling these talks just like they're slow rolling the ENG 11/4 implementation... But don't rush it, knowing how it's going to work on the ENG side and all the potential pitfalls of the language in their agreement is going to help the CON side when the carrier and SMART are at the table.
