Bank Still uses lot of Cobol junkies , is bank planning to keep this Cobol junkies for next coming decade?
Only good thing most hooked to Cobol , are contractor which make easy to be, taken cared off when needed.

They can't get rid of COBOL because the current technology teams are unable to provide a reliable replacement.
Schwab isn't the only big Bank that still uses COBOL a lot of large financial companies do
Cobol junkie here. Switched to PL/1 as part of the new me. Upgraded skill sets.
