Frontline chat SMS moving to phones
I’m sure your job could be outsourced for way less than what you were or are being paid. Or done away with altogether. That’s true for any position.
Frontline will be outsourced eventually with the help of the AI they have been testing and the IBR that was put in place to gather top performers information on how they speak with customers via chat and SMS. Your job pays far too much in the grand scheme of things. They can hire agents for 1/4 of what you are paid. Have a plan for when it happens. Until then, they plan on just making that job so miserable that you quit.
Front line will be ok for a while at least. L3s are the next to go. The plan is to get rid of them with mini layoffs over the next several months.
