Title says it all. Collect your severance, and be done with it. Go enjoy yourself and take the next week relaxing, sleeping in, and tending to some self-care that you have been sorely lacking.
Wayfair's culture is toxic and you really see (and feel) the difference once you leave. It's not right to make people non-stop tense that their job could be let go right around the corner. Once you're out of that, you'll realize the mental load you've been carrying for far too long... just disappears.
You'll also realize there are a lot of great companies out there that don't have toxic cultures, and treat their employees as people, not just assets on the balance sheet.
I know this stings and feels bad, but you'll land on your feet, and look back and feel so glad you are free.
