@vdu+1qDrvpTN. Why would they wait until now? Because now they have targets for low ratings and reductions. They didn't want to drive you away before.
Ranking everyone below target makes no sense whatsoever. The bonus pool will be reduced because of quality and the insane model e and subscription services numbers they put in the first place. That was by design to lower the bonus. Then the whole everyone is 80% was another asinine way to reduce the bonus. As if we couldn’t see through all that nonsense.
There is no way everyone is being rated below target. Why would people stay who have worked their a-s off and was told it’s not good enough?
Heard the same, but forced ranking. Why did they wait till now to tell me I'm below target. I meet my supervisor every two weeks. What Bs. Unacceptable.
