It boggles the mind how little the leadership, if I can even call them that, cares about what the constant threat of layoffs is doing to employees. Morale has been suffering for a while and they simply do not care. We all know that productivity is directly tied to how happy employees are, and again, they do not care. It's all about short-term earnings goals for them, sc--w everything and everybody else.

It's getting so bad I heard everyone is going to quit. Or was that every single one of Cisco's previous layoffs discussed on this site?
Constant layoffs have also created a toxic workplace void of trust, authenticity and creativity. People are reluctant to speak up, to present opposing views or new ideas. Co-workers turn on co-workers in an effort to help insulate themselves from being impacted. It is false to think only poor performers make the “list”. Failed leadership exists in all organizations and needs to be held accountable. It’s a vicious cycle that needs to be broken.
To those that are not affected this upcoming round, good luck taking on more work.
Yeah they’ve completely lost my trust. They are just the worst example of being a sc-mmy, dinosaur tech company.
