Does Schwab do anything well? Advertising and Bureaucracy and an adversarial employee experience?

Denver tech leadership is terrible MDs and Directors alike. I tell people the same thing and recommend Fidelity. Here's looking at you Noodles 'n' team.
Denver tech is a small world so I hope word gets around and no software developers will be applying here.
That makes at least two of us. Never underestimate the power of word-of-mouth, and the amount of shared interconnectedness and personal relationships in tech.
I used to always tell people I liked working at Schwab since they're a good company. For the last year and especially the last few months I've been telling everyone I know that Schwab su-ks and to not apply.

The company has created a toxic environment with RTO blunders, acquiring TDA was a mistake, mismanagement with buying 20 Year Treasuries followed by layoffs and real estate reduction. The EC and Senior Management has no clue what it is like working on the front line. They are hoping more people quit.
