Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

Hertz is quietly laying off people

Hertz is quietly laying off people, had laid off several employees last week. Asking older employees to take voluntary retirement. Business outlook looks bleak.
There's a change in IT leadership since a year, culture has changed that's causing work dissatisfaction because of less experienced leadership, half baked ideas, just do it mindset without maturity, hiring wrong people at wrong locations in IT etc.,. Quite a title heavy leadership in IT.

It product team under Ned are sitting in California with VP and SVP titles with no delivery till date . Tim Langley’s leadership is as bad and fluff including a big team under chief of staff .
His directs are very inexperienced with fancy titles - that inverted pyramid will crumble and should be thrown out

This company is a raging dumpster fire, if you survived the BK and relo from Park Ridge NJ, along with rotating execs over the part few years, then you should realize your time is up.
