@2np3 I think you're low balling it for many of them. If you had follow the Nancy EFT for the past 10 years, you would be up 147%.
My only question for her and Paul, at what point is enough is enough?

I'm sure Bill and his kind would say never is there enough to go around.

No that is crony capitalism. Perpetuated by both parties. You make it sound like those in power were just corrupted by $. No, the vast majority of them were wh--es to begin with so they just naturally do what they know. Come into office with $1M net worth. Leave 10 years later with $50M.

Substance abuse like the abuse of immense power and wealth are the penchants of men of failed character and patriotism. Choosing to undermine the Founding Principle of Equality is tantamount to an act of treason against the American Revolution. Let the punishment fit the crime.

Those who rule by intimidation and fear are also ruled by it. Criminals always fear the consequences of their crimes. Abusing immense power and wealth is a crime often punished by the people, not the government that enables, empowers and profits from it.

They can't control themselves. They have to announce their political views at work and virtue signal how "righteous" there because they have no social awareness of what is appropriate and when. They throw TDS fits. Keep an eye out people.

@2nh1 Play to what you decided is a "monied interest" means you get shot? I hope everyone is taking notice that there are Antifa crankjobs in our company and they are a danger.

@2ngg He played to the monied interests, I do not. He sought fame and fortune, I do not. He sought admission into the peacockery, I do not. I want liberty, equality and justice for all, who have earned and deserve it by being faithful, law-abiding, tax paying and voting citizens. I want what every military veteran served to secure from the establishment of the Continental Army to today. No military veteran served and sacrificed to witness the subjugation of we the people to robber barons, oligarchs, kings or corporate tyrants. The American Dream is owned by all, who dare pursue it virtuously without undo hinderance or interference.

It requires courage to be different. It requires resolute conviction to stand up for what you believe in. It takes absolutely nothing to bow down to tyranny,

@2n81 I meant to say RTO can go to he-l with this enhanced collaboration BS. You can't collaborate with people that just talk all day and think they worked hard because they feel exhaustive from talking at the end of the day. Good luck making up the productivity differences AEP!

RTO to go to he-l. I don't want to talk while I'm working. Leave me alone if it's not about work until it's a lunch hour or whatever. I put bread on my table with work and not 30 minute blah-blah sessions. Thanks a million AEP.

Right is always right and wrong is always wrong. For years AEP has been doing wrong for employees and the communities.

@2n6v Pack a schedule with 60 hours a week of meetings for the next month with people that want to talk.

Block the execs from getting downtown lodging. They need to have to take Columbus freeways every day after 'core hours'. That would not last long for most of them.

Why do you need a union? Just leave when the juice is not worth the squeeze anymore. Come on in the water is warm. Easiest time to find another job is when you already have one.

@2my8 define "rich". The top 25% of earners pay about 87% of all Federal taxes. The top 10% pays about 72% and the top 1% pays about 40%.
I would say anyone in the top 25% is rich compared to most people and they pay the majority of taxes.

So what I’m reading here is exactly why a united and aligned communication was crucial and should have come from the top with this RTO. Rather than pushing the iron fist off to direct managers to enforce imaginary expectations, and side stepping clarity, the C-Suite and above should have made a decision and said it with their whole chest. Now, this soft “do whatever works but stop blaming us” approach is blowing up on their face. It’s certainly something to watch! (I think clarity is a federal offense at AEP) lol.

@2myv Your dogma Bernie beliefs are the same stuff that TR and JS preach and believe, your kind. They're on your team. And look how your team nearly crumbled the company. Thank god for Bill.

@2myb What exactly is “my kind”? Yes, offshoring is a problem. No, communism isn’t the answer. Why are you sticking up for rich people that are out of touch with the working class?

by

Post ID: @2myv+1qB6FXi3

@2my8 We have genius people at AEP deciding what a fair share of taxes are for everyone else? #Blessed
Don't forget the people that did all the offshoring and nearly ran things into the ground were cut from your kind's cloth. Remember all the hair bobs that were running around like TR and JS? Let me guess, "real communism hasn't been tried yet"?

@2my6 rich people that don’t pay their fair share of taxes and use money/influence to have laws changed in their favor to avoid paying their fair absolutely are the problem. But keep licking them boots!

@2mxy I'd rather be a rugged individual if the opposite is being soft and demanding "remote worker rights!" Too soft for me, just like blaming rich people for all the troubles in my life is too soft.

Fair enough but don't have it both ways.
If you want to be a rugged individualist then don't start crying when someone has something you don't, like remote.

@2mxk I don't want a union, I don't want to be "standing" with any of these Bernie types that made their way into our glorious MidWest.

@2mvt agreed! I don't resent any of them. It's probably more jealously, honestly.

Regarding unionizing, I have thought about that before but I have little faith that we could get enough people to commit to it.

I don't resent anyone who is remote, I wish I was too. Good for them. Maybe if you all stood together and refused to go in together they would have had no choice but to let us all stay remote. But it's hard to get engineering super geniuses to unionize I know.

@2mvh I don't resent my teammates that are still remote. Good for fu--ing them. What would you do, drive 50+ miles to be "one with the office"? Get over it.

@2mrz there’s major inconsistencies with RTO on our team. Not to mention half of our team doesn’t even live in Columbus, so they were allowed to stay remote. It’s caused a lot of resentment.

For anyone who is in an office, are you noticing some or many people are not coming in all 40 hours? Many in my building are doing some sort of flex schedule (4-10's or 4-9's and a 1/2), but I am noticing some groups are consistently not here all 40 hours. There are some that just flat out never come in, but they are all listed as "Office" so they're supposed to be here.

I'm not sure how this is happening without repercussion. My management is fairly strict on making sure you're in the office. It seems others aren't at all and it's infuriating because most of us don't want or need to be here 40 hours. It's such a waste of time and is making my team less productive than when we were remote or hybrid.

What's the point of RTO if it's not enforced? It's creating quite the culture of unfairness and it's pi----g off a lot of people.

Exactlt promoting from within is a lie for a long time at AEP. Developmmemt programs seem like a neopotism program. It is realky dad when you actuslly beleived in the company and found out it was all a lie. I applaud Bill if he is gettingvrid of old AEP croonies.

Bill would not be here if the company was being ran correctly. Karl would not have sinken his teeth in this company if it was being ran better. The culture at AEP was all a lie. The company should be broken up. Hopefully a cimpany thst truely cares for their customers and employees would take over.
