Find out if they even worth paying what they charge?
which will give more saving to Schwab , rather terminating there long time employee in name of cost saving.

No sure what’s being said here, but companies don’t care about wasting money. Look at all the consulting engagements and specialists brought in over the years. Look at all the data center, office and branch buildouts. Look at the board compensation packages.
We waste hundreds of millions of dollars annually.
It was never about saving moneylaying off for advancement of the firm or culture.
