I want my bonus too. Shame on them if they don't pay that.

They can just say that you didn’t meet expectations and not give it. Not like you are in the position to do anything if they do it.
Everyone let go on 30 Oct will be entitled to the bonus. The amount is to be determined and will be paid in March.
Bonus payments to dismissed and retired employees are generally the fixed amount from a separate fund. This means bonuses are flat rate and at the declared percentage.
According to what I was told during my seperation meeting, as long as you are employed through Dec 31st - which most of us that were let go in Oct, our official term date is Jan 5th. So technically we would be ellgible for the bonus. But I highly doubt A) they would honor that since there is no real reprcussions that we could do and B) even if they have enough EBITDA rev increase that would would facilitate a bonus. So I am not holding my breath. I am just want the final Lump Sum they promised after Jan 5th.
