Got an Idea collect signatures to make a yearly union vote mandatory in California and other states we can get it on the ballot for. Limit it to retailers and food service with nationwide employee count over a thousand. Need to work out all of the details.

Also make it law these companies can't trespass union organizers.
I prefer free agency to being stuck in a union that I might not like.
Unions are the worst that's why I like working for lowes anti union to the core !
