PAN Playbook NOT Working and Leading to 3rd LR in a year

It is abundantly clear that the PAN playbook brought in by the former PAN sales and engineering “leaders” is NOT working. All these massive changes and it is a disaster. The numbers do not lie. They are now planning for their third LR in Q3. That is 3 within a year. At what point do they replace the former PAN sales and engineering “leadership” with competent and real sales and engineering executives.

The self-proclaimed Security Chief Revenue Officer should be called the Security Chief Reduction Officer as her lack of leadership has cause negative growth and she is directly responsible for the 2 LRs and the upcoming 3rd LR.

The VP of Engineering or self-proclaimed CTO - Chief Takeaway Officer, was hired by her too and has literally destroyed the technical expertise needed to be competitive. As sellers we do not have an SE that knows the solutions that our former specialists knew. He has told the SEs you must know every solution deep. He is Out-of-touch. Even my AMs will not schedule meetings since there is no specialist any more.

Leaving pan for cisco is like kissing the uglier of your two sisters.

PAN hired an ex-Cisco VP from the DC team. He has no security knowledge at all, and spent most of his time just nodding at whatever decisions his leadership came up with.

The playbook does work. Add a W to that PAN playbook.

You can go to the PAWN shop for money to live off after being LR'd.
