It's crazy how poor a lot of our internal systems are when you contrast that to EC members talking about the power of AI. We don't even have the "I"
Its pure marketing
The offshore, onshore, onshore, cheaper labor, greater security rat race is getting so old.
AI? Find a member of the EC who can spell it. If one got lucky you should then ask them how we would use it really. If they answer, laugh quietly and smile.
AI has a role, but it isn’t market differentiation or a way to remove reps from the phones. It’s a distraction when there’s so much tech debt and business debt.
