Rumor is the broomfield office is shutting down? Anyone know what’s going on?

Yep:
"Greetings Broomfield Maveryx,
As the next step in our ongoing real estate rationalization process, we’ve made the difficult decision to close the Broomfield Office effective March 1, 2024. While this office has a lot of historical significance to many, it simply doesn’t make financial sense to continue to operate the facility due to very low utilization.
The decision to close the office was not an easy one and took many months of deliberation and research. But, in the end, we’re moving forward because it will reduce cost and aligns with our company's commitment to being fiscally responsible.
Additional information regarding the closure of the facility, including information on packing, will come shortly from the facilities team. We will have a team member on site Monday through Friday until the closure to support office operations and provide you with packing supplies.
Thank you for your commitment to Alteryx and our customers.
Best,
DV, Chai, Matthew, Trevor

I hear compensation is about to hit the sh----r.
Oh yeah what did you hear? Please elaborate
Dunno about others, but it's been said that compensation is about to hit the po-p deck! But seriously, word on the street is that if those private pirates take over the company, salaries will be the first thing they scurvy swabs target. It's like Alteryx's generosity with employee salaries is a sinking ship in their eyes.
What else could people expect from these landlubber overlords? Well, based on previous industry examples, there could be:
• Job walks the plank to save costs (AKA job cuts)
• Reduced bo--y and perks for employees (lesser benefits and perks)
• Abandoning underperforming business departments (shutting/cutting down on HR and DEI&B, Marketing and PR, Finance and Accounting, IT, Sales, etc.)
• Less transparency due to lower regulatory requirements (reduced transparency)
• Company culture mutiny (culture clash)
Instead of ensuring the stable, long-term growth of Alteryx, these privateers might just take drastic measures to boost their profits. Get ready for rough seas ahead.

I agree. They're trying to push their profits up last minute to sell.

Yes, they’re putting lipstick on this pig for their pathetic PE deal at 5 bil
That office has been empty for 6+ months. Have you been there? There's like 4-5 people who come in once per week.
