Our leaders have determined that its very own employees are to blame for the state of the company. Our greedy leaders have time and time again denied funding to improve plant safety, this is a fact that can be proven. Today our executive leaders are coming down hard on handrail compliance, yes you heard it, handrail compliance! Soon 3M's control of the company will be completely outsourced. This strategy never ends well!
Good job 3M Leadership, no respect to you! It's too late to pivot, you blew it.

@ Ed.....
You are right. If you see safety slogans, you know immediately that management does not take take safety seriously.
Nobody in the plant talks about Growth anymore. The focus seems to be on Safety and Productivity. Wonder who will be responsible to drive growth for the Plants??
Safety is the least of their worries. But management hides behind it so they can blame employees for something else yet again and take the focus on the complete and total lack of management responsibility for the pathetic state of this company. Growth plans? R&D investment? NPI prioritization? Not important but you better hold on to that fu--ing handrail or your out on your rear!
Ed, that is because we at 3M are lead by mo--ns, choo choos, and twits that use consultants to hide behind the fact there is no leadership or plan. An organ grinder monkey could grow sales in this environment, these twits and back slapping bo bo's not so much.
