How many people have to get hurt or die for company leaders to get serious? Our leaders do nothing but shift blame. tell us to do better. Company board of directors needs to make changes. Our union needs to act.
A couple things, spending money on safety doesn’t make em money (and yes, I know it saves em money later, but that’s not how they look at it).
And 2. If you’re counting on our union to help us…. lol…. Did you not see the way they handled the negotiations last time, they don’t give a fu-k about us and obviously don’t bargain in our favor. Don’t count on them for any kind of help
