Unless you have worked for CCI in the last 10 years, you have no idea how bad the situation has become. With high visibility, I can confirm that 90% of what has been stated on this site is correct. Unfortunately this is only half of what is wrong. The inefficiency is mind blowing.
I do not work for CCI. Just a proud resident of Pittsburgh. I like reading business news. People where emotional when they were going to close SP. as I read on here now people are mad? You’re just as confusing to me right now as the EMT. If most of the administrative decisions are made at SP would it not be in the best interest to leave it alone? Possibly move the EMT to Pittsburgh? So the EMT walks through the same doors as everyone else? The good mornings and good job comments come from the persons face to anothers face not through a Zoom. Everyone needs to listen to each other and build a better work environment. Believe in one other, not reading that here. Moving the majority of people to a new city that wasn’t probably the best move a Fortune 500 company should have thought was appropriate. Give the new EMT some time to figure it out. Yes it was not right what they did but give them sometime to figure this out. This culture needs to change. Remote work for cultural damage is not a way to build a good team. Face to face interactions need to occur. I do wish all of you luck as well as the Steelers. Had to slide that one in.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
Other places payout both severance and wages if they hire someone back. Crown shouldn't be taking this as yet another opportunity to sc--w people. Their legal screwed up w sec now they'll be screwing up employment.
This is just another example of mgmt having no outside experience.
Some of us are too close to SSI/Retirement. Each year with lost wages reduces your monthly take.
Why would anyone in their right mind who received a severance package come back to the madness at Clown Castle?
Rehire the August terminations please!
The response we have seen so far may indicate that some degree of dialogue has begun - Be patient and wait for that result.
