- What roles in IT do people at GM fill that don't involve coding? Which of these roles would Mike target?
- Are there people in coding jobs that can't code? If so, how do they get by? This seems incredible. Are we talking about 'friends and family' seat warmers?
- When do you think these cuts will take place?

What insights do YOU have. I never saw a meeting nor was informed by management. It is an odd day and most people are OOO during this timeframe.
