Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

$1.4 million settlement for being a bad company

$1.4 million paid for wrongfully terminating an employee and Leonard Scherer escorted from the building.

Looking good UP, oh this was probably confidential. Sorry, wouldn’t want shareholders to know, might affect executive bonuses.

Its just astonishing how vile managements culture really is. Wrongfully terminating employees (violating peoples rights) over minor disabilities that should be legally accommodated. Claiming UP didnt derive profit from agreement employees work, but thru managements ‘wise’ decisions? The people who say these lies are repulsive.

Just wait for all the lawsuits for disabilities that are trickling in. Well over 3000 cases.

That's awesome for the previous employee. UP wrongfully terminated so many people over the years.

Soroban Pacific does what they want like
BNSF does...they all down and change after a strong, pro union STB board takes charge.
Boardman retiring...
