The situation in the subsidiary in Spain is horrendous, cold in the offices just to save on heating, a dirtier building because they have cut cleaning services, a building with the same carpet since it was inaugurated forty years ago, no possibility of professional development, Veiled threats that we will be the next to move to the “export” model, bosses only thinking about themselves who have been in their positions for decades, total obscurantism with salaries, every year laying off around 50 people for ten years…

Shut down Spain and all of EMEA. Talk about execs getting paid to deliver a nothing burger. Hasn’t delivered anything in years and years.

Strong agree with you there. I know there are carpets/furnishings that are from the 1970s in 3M Center buildings and several plants.
Remember when they took away trash cans at desks and clocks off the walls because of all the 'savings' it would generate?
The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain.
Truthfully this sounds like how it was in the us to some degree. They updated the campus just before the pandemic, but it was pretty rough in some areas for a long time.
