With Jay’s long overdue departure, sell that monstrosity of a building and move the office to cheaper real estate. No longer do we need to be located in his backyard.

Remember when Jay walked from his truck from the parking garage to the office entrance? It was right as we were returning to the office after two years of WFH. I would like to see the inverse. I want to see Mr. Brown walk out to his Ford F-150 Lightning (courtesy of Mr. Farley) and drive into the sunset--in defeat. He could even give LN a carbon-neutral lift home.
