There are no major companies or businesses left to buy buildings in the Rochester area or New York State. Maybe they could be auctioned or repurposed to house illegal aliens or prisoners, since the jails are full.

Everything one needs for a tech powerhouse.
Lathes, CNC machines, metal shears, tool chests, and raw metal stock. Probably a lot of machinists tools in those tool chests. Could easily be over $300k just in machinery and tooling assuming all are in working condition. Have no idea what the raw bar/metal stock is currently worth.
Wow. Maybe I’m missing something but this looks like a bunch of junk / scrap? Realistically what would be an optimistic dollar value on this?
