There are no major companies or businesses left to buy buildings in the Rochester area or New York State. Maybe they could be auctioned or repurposed to house illegal aliens or prisoners, since the jails are full.

Why is it if there is an asset be it a building 3d park xrccc fx they have sold it all so I guess x is one of those zombie companies now nothing really behind the curtain- this auction proves they will never r&d a new product ever again....

Lathes, CNC machines, metal shears, tool chests, and raw metal stock. Probably a lot of machinists tools in those tool chests. Could easily be over $300k just in machinery and tooling assuming all are in working condition. Have no idea what the raw bar/metal stock is currently worth.
