"Keyboard bully" hit the nail on the head. Toxic to outsiders is an understatement. The towers were printing money and the nepotism clan thought they were all that, still do.

Keyboard bully. Disgusted by the years of constant bullying and harassment of LN, her team and any teammate not in Southpointe. I lived/worked in SP for more than 5 years and left in large part because the place was full of nepotism and clones who played hockey or poker together, were college roommates, went to same kindergarten 50 years ago or led their child’s scout troop. Newcomers with any ideas, much less ones that broke with status quo, were at best ignored and at worst publicly harassed. Not asking for sympathy as I am way better off professionally, financially and especially emotionally in new role. I left because the SP culture was toxic and unwelcoming at its core. CCI of the 2010’s was great because towers are cash cows and borrowing money was basically free not because SP had brilliant employees. Remember, CCI returns have been less than SBA and AMT for a decade+ not just since you bought fiber. Maybe if SP was a little more welcoming and a little less entitled, SP might have had more support. And yes, it’s a vocal minority that put everyone in SPs jobs at risk but the reality is that those who said nothing while the mob mentality fomented have no one to blame but themselves. Similar to on this site, the bullies need to be called out. I also hated watching some of the bulls—-that has gone down but don’t act surprised that many of you are getting treated similar to how you have treated others over the years.
