Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

India's Work Productivity. Sounds like BTC work products.

India's work productivity is one of the lowest in the world. Our BTC strategy fits right in. Everything else aside, our work products coming out of BTC seems to support this. Doesn't it?

@1bja+1q066EI9 DW, in that case you need to ship your job to BTC as well. Go ahead and action it now.

@1qfg+1q066EI9 we expect to rework their work! We expect for it to be wrong or incomplete! We expect the great replacement regardless of above! We expect to be told too bad, too sad and BTC is stellar! We expect GASLIGHTING! LIES!

Their productivity may be lower but they are a lot cheaper.

I really don’t have anything against over seas people. It’s the globalist in the US who don’t care about the American taxpayer or the education of the American.

Indians and Chinese may still feel pity for you when you don't have food to eat or a place to live and share what they have with you. But an AI robot won't give damnn. Save your money. You're going to need it.
Don't think many kids with a bachelors degree are going to get a job in the future. They will need at least a PhD to even be considered for a job. That's what AI is going to do, so be very afraid.

There are 1.4 Billion Indians and Chinese on this planet. But you know what you should really be afraid of? It's call Artificial Intelligence. Go complain to the AI robots who will take over your job sooner then you think.

OP the best engineers and scientists from India don't stay in India. They go to the US and Europe to get an education and stay there. The few that return aren't working as engineers and such, they're at the VP or manager level. The guys working for Exxon and other international companies in India are the ones that didn't make it. I'm sure there're exceptions to this but the big majority just didn't make it. They're willing to work for the very low salaries that Exxon pays them. No wonder the quality of their work is not good. They just don't care. As soon as they have learned enough they move on. Remember the guys in BTC aren't graduates from IITs and PhDs from MIT, they're graduates from a second or third tier school in India. Don't expect much from them.

You should be more worried about artificial intelligent robots taking over your job sooner then you think instead of Indians in India. Then no one will have jobs and CEOs will be richer.

You know it. Just look at all the work coming from BTC requiring a rework. Heck they can't even following step by step instructions provided to them.
