Interesting how both GM and Stellantis gave those with 20+ a year severance. We haven't seen that lucrative of a package in years. Yet we claim we are competitive when it comes to pay and benefits.
The separation packages offer lump sum payments based on years of corporate service, with five to nine years equaling three months of base pay, 10-14 equaling six months, 15-19 equaling nine months and 20 or more equaling one year.
