how long can belk sustain this type of business model?

You know by now if Belk does not hiring any additional workers then it is too late for Thanksgiving or Christmas big sale? Belk is trying so hard scraping from the bottom of the stinking Titanic fish barrels to fill Belk stores with many smart nice and quality associates but I guess all the Belk quality rats are leaving the ship!
Long enough for Sycamore investors to take one more cash grab before they file again. It's the american way.
Does anybody really believe anything that management says. Part of the whole business model is to mislead the staff, because if anybody knew nobody would ever work for belk. As it is the associates left in our store are the ones that either have the same ethic as belk or the ones that feel like they can't get anything else. I wish they would just put belk out of it's misery.
Don’t worry Belk will hire 8000 or 10000 seasonal retail quality workers to help out every year! If you trust Belk executive leaders I love to sell you a big and beautiful water ocean front expensive house in hot summer at Arizona!
Our store manager swears we are doing better and getting more premium brands. I still see a sinking ship, because where tf are the hours? It's early November and full-timers should be getting atleast 38 hours atp. Yet, I still have 32 for the week🙄🙄🙄.
As long as Belk CEO and his smart people making bid money and live like fake billionaire people, they do care about poor workers. Bankruptcy is a way of living and cheating is what Belk is learning from the best stable genius tycoon from New York cheating and lying 24/7
