Real curious. Being as objective as possible, how do you rate lower and middle management within your area? Has Emerson's emphasis on a MBA or maybe ESG policies over say real leadership talent or other positive management attributes have real effects on work productivity, employee morale or general overall quality of employee work? Does your management go to bat for their employees or kick them under the bus?

It has gotten worst over the years.
It’s better than it was previously. Emerson had too many people picked and promoted by their friends that had no leadership skills or product or technology experience.
