I’m a part time ret 1 associate- can’t and will not go full time - my supervisor just told me last week, Ret 1 will be completely gone within the next six months - either BPO will take over or calls will go to agents - does anyone know how layoffs work , how much severance will I be getting ? I’ve been 6 yrs with SF

They usually just put more pressure and stress on employees until they can take it anymore causing the employees to quit for their on health and sanity. State Farm saves on paying out employees any way they can.
Has anyone mentioned the obvious bigotry in how they do layoffs? Guess they figure this is how it works on the us. I think they've made misjudgment that will cost them their reputation and possibly more. This isn't 2020. These companies got propped up by the government and now they dispatch Americans.
