More cuts announced in EMEA this week, almost certainly a continuation of previously announced cuts. It is very emotional. Does anyone know when the announced cuts will be completed? Honestly thought we survived them, but maybe more still coming? Morale here is very bad

To lessen the pain, holiday layoff notices will be communicated via 3M’s newly appointed Holiday Partner in Cheer.

Layoffs are not done, watch your backs and save your $$ folks. This 3Mer is sadly over and out.
Any details which locations or groups are impacted in EMEA?
EMEA has way stricter laws regarding layoffs compared to the rest of the globe, hence you’re just getting impacted now. I’d like to wish you luck, but we’re all just a number.
cuts are nearly over, it is time now to build on the good people that have stuck, I know the UK plants are investing in new people and this will see some growth over the next few years and beyond , there is a future for manufacturing and building up orders again
For me I am age 53 and I am waiting out for the package deal. Planning to just hang on till the end. There are many of us in the same situation. Nobody has the motivation to do more.
I would be looking elsewhere if I were you. I am outside 3M now and it is amazing the change in positivity and mental health. It is very hard to live and work under the 3M cloud of redundancies. I wish you all the best.
Which groups being cut in EMEA announced?
